LMS-Only is $129/mo: full LMS access, self-paced, no live trainer. The subscriptions are month-to-month.
On Full, if you have no new hires after day 90 your rate drops to $129/mo and your whole team keeps the LMS. When you hire again, you jump back to $799/mo and the live trainer runs the new hire's 90-day onboarding. You only pay full price while you're onboarding someone. On the One-Time Program, the program ends at day 90 — there's no subscription. Everything is month-to-month, so there's no cliff and no contract.

LMS-Only and Full: cancel any time from your dashboard; the current month is not refunded. There are no long-term contracts on either plan. The One-Time Program is a single $999 payment that covers the full 90-day program for one hire.
